Parks & Recreation

The provision for healthful and enjoyable recreation experiences for the residents of, and visitors to, the Town of Hounsfield and the Village of Sackets Harbor depends on the quality and quantity of the facilities which support them. In order to address these issues the Town and Village have established a joint park and recreation commission. The Town of Hounsfield and Village of Sackets Harbor Joint Park and Recreation Commission (PRC) is the entity , which has been selected to plan, implement, and manage the local recreation system.
