Building, 112 North Broad Street, Sackets Harbor regarding application: #23-13, Jason Burto, on behalf of James Dell’olio. Applicant requests Site Plan Review for construction of a residence on Lot # 6 within Lakeview Estates Subdivision, Madison Barracks. The project is located within the Madison Barracks PDD, the
Historic Overlay and National Register Districts and therefore, requires review under the
Zoning Law of the Village of Sackets Harbor. Communication in writing may be filed with the Planning Board at 112 North Broad Street, Sackets Harbor or at the hearing.
