Present: Mayor Alex Morgia, Trustee Ron Mildren, Trustee Mark Pacilio and Trustee Kelly Sova. Absent: Deputy Mayor Barb Boulton.
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm.
A motion was made to authorize Mayor Morgia to accept on behalf of the board the Waterline Conveyance at Madison Barracks. The motion was made by Trustee Sova and seconded by Trustee Pacilio. Vote 4 ayes (Morgia, Mildren, Pacilio and Sova), 0 nays.
A motion was made by Trustee Pacilio and seconded by Trustee Sova to have a Strategic Planning and Feasibility study done. Vote 4 ayes (Morgia, Mildren, Pacilio and Sova), 0 nays.
A motion was made by Trustee Pacilio and seconded by Trustee Sova to hire Production Unlimited to update the video for use at the Visitors Center. Vote 4 ayes (Morgia, Mildren, Pacilio and Sova), 0 nays.
The meeting was adjourned in a motion made by Trustee Pacilio and seconded by Trustee Sova at 6:32 pm. Vote 4 ayes (Morgia, Mildren, Pacilio and Sova), 0 nays.
