AMENDING LOCAL LAW #2 OF 1990 AD AMENDED BY LL #1 OF 1991
SANITARY SEWERS
Section 1. Local Law #2 of the Year 1990 as amended by Local Law #1 of the Year 1991 is hereby amended by adding Section 6(a) to read as follows:
Section 6(a). All residential and commercial structures on lots fronting on or with streets, right-of-ways or easements with sanitary sewer facilities shall connect with the Village’s sanitary sewer system within one year from the date such facilities are available for connection or the date this local law is effective, whichever is latter. Prior to hook-up, the property owner shall pay to the Village a $500 hook-up fee per unit.
Section 2. This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State.
