VILLAGE OF SACKETS HARBOR
LAW #3 OF 1990
TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO FLOOD CONTROL LAW #1 OF 1987
Section 1: Local Law #1 of the year 1987 is hereby amended to read, in part, as provided below.
Section 2: Local Law #1 of the year 1987, Section 3.2 is hereby amended to read as follows:
“BASIS FOR ESTABLISHING THE AREAS OF SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD” the areas of special flood hazard have been identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency on Flood Insurance Rate Maps enumerated on Map Index No. 360351A-01-02 dated November 15, 1985.
The above documents are, hereby, adopted and declared to be a part of this Local Law and are filed at the Village Clerk’s office and the Department of Civil Defense, Jefferson County.
Section 3: This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State.
