Youth Baseball/T-Ball Registration 

1988 – No.2 – Amending Local Law #2 For The Year 1987 and Providing Technical Amendments To The Village of Sackets Harbor Zoning Law.

Section 1. Local Law #2 for the Year 1987 Village of Sackets Harbor Zoning Law duly adopted on August 12, 1987, is hereby amended to read, in part, as provided below.

Section 2. Section 4-6(B) of Local Law #2 for the Year 1987 is amended to read as follows:

B. Allowed Uses

Single-Family Dwelling
Two-Family Dwelling
Multi-Family Dwellings
Small Retail
Professional Offices
Home Occupation
Institutional
Recreation, Indoor
Recreation, Outdoor
Marina
Bar
Restaurant
Signs
Service Buildings
Private Garages
Swimming Pools
Patios
Private Greenhouse
Mobile Home Park
Automobile Service Station
Motel
Hotel
Any other sues compatible with the purpose and objectives of this Article and Zoning aw as determined by the Village Board.

Section 3. Section 5-6(4) of Local Law #2 for the Year 1987 is amended to read as follows:

5. Restaurants, Bars
1 for each 50 square feet of floor area, excluding floor area for kitchens, storerooms and restrooms not used or intended to be used by patrons or the general public.

Section 4. This Local Law shall take effect upon filing with the Secretary of State and as provided in Section 7-706 of the Village Law.
