1987 – No.3 – To Rescind Local Law Number Two Of The Year 1978, Titled Sewer User Charge
Section 1. Local Law Number 2 of the year 1987; relating to the SEWER USER CHARGE will be rescinded.
Section 2. This local law shall take effect immediately upon its filing.
