1986 – No.1 – Recinding Local Law No. 5 of 1984 Relating To Termination Of the Village’s Status As An Assessing Unit
Section 1. Local Law #5 of the year 1984, titled; Relating to the Termination of a Village’s status as an Assessing Unit for Village Real Property tax purposes will be recinded.
2. This local law shall take effect immediately on its filing.
