The properties located on General Smith Drive bordering Hamilton Street right-of-way on the South, Black River Bay on the West, Pike Street on the North, and General Smith Drive on the East will be changed from a “Tourism and Recreation District” to a “Residential District”.
This local law takes effect immediately.
