1978 – No.4 – Amend Section 4 of Electrical Code Ordinance
Section 4. The Chief Inspector, and each of the duly appointed Inspectors of the New York Board of Fire Underwriters, Middle Department Inspection Agency, and the New York
Atlantic-Island, Inc. are hereby authorized as agents of the Village of Sackets Harbor to make inspections and re-inspections of all electrical installations heretofore, and hereafter described, and to approve or disapprove the same. In no event, however, will the cost or expense of such inspections and re-inspections be a charge against the Village of Sackets Harbor.
This local law shall take effect immediately.
