1977 – No.4 – Rezoning Madison Barracks Property
Section 1. WHEREAS, the property owned by Madison Management Company (known as Madison Barracks) bordered by Black River Bay, Military Road, Pike Street and Mill Cree will be changed from a “Heavy Industrial District” to a “Tourism and Recreation District”.
Section 2. WHEREAS, this zoning change takes effect immediately.
