2011 - No. 1 - Adopting Real Property Law Section 485(g) Infrastructure Exemption

Overview:

Section 1.  The Village of Sackets Harbor provides that the exemption for Real Estate Taxes pursuant to Section 485(g) of the Real Property Taxes is applicable within the Village of Sackets Harbor.

 

Section 2.  This local law shall take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State.
