1985 - No.4 - Requiring That Certain Actions Propsed By Village Agencies Be Consistent With The Policies And Pruposes Of The Village Of Sackets Harbor Local Waterfront Revitalization Program

Section 1.1 - Title

                   This local law shall be known and may be cited as the Village of Sackets Harbors IRP Consistency Law.

Section 1.2 - Purpose

                   The purpose of this local law is to provide for the protection and beneficial use of the natural and man-made resources within the Village of Sackets Harbor waterfront by ensuring that certain actions proposed by village agencies will be undertaken in a manner consistent with the policies and purposes of the Village's Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP).

Section 1.3 - Effective Date

                   This local law shall take effect immediately upon approval of the Village of Sackets Harbor Local Waterfront Revitalization Program by the N.Y.S. Secretary of State.
