Old Business

 

# 16-17 Richard Cunna, DBA Goodfellos: 201 West Main Street, Sackets Harbor, NY.      

Project involves outdoor seating on existing brick patio area, creating a fenced-in area similar to back patio area.  The property is in the Village Center, the Historic Overlay District and National Register District, requiring site plan review.  A public hearing was previously adjourned.  Awaiting new information from applicant.

 

#16-33 Gary Schuler, 426 West Main Street, Sackets Harbor, NY.  Applicant proposes replacement of       

            deteriorated docks with new floating docks.  The property is in the Village Center zoning district    

The Historic Overlay and National Register Districts, requiring site plan review. Awaiting the   revised EAF from the applicant as well as their Joint Application to DEC, OGS, DOS and Army Corp. A coordinated SEQR review must be completed to any other planning board action.        

 

New Business

 

#16-38 Tobin Marti, 101 Monroe Street, Sackets Harbor, NY.  Applicant proposes construction of a privacy fence.  The property is located in the Village Residential Zoning District as well as the Historic Overlay and National Register District, requiring site plan review.  A public hearing has been scheduled.

 

 

#16-39  AANNY, 119 West Main Street, Sackets Harbor, NY. Applicant proposes to remove existing shrubs and replace with a stone planting under existing sign. The property is also located in the Village Center Zoning District, the Historic Overlay and National Register Districts, requiring site plan review. A public hearing has been scheduled.
